Abstract:

Growth differentiation factor (GDF)-15 was identified as a factor secreted by activated macrophages which plays an important role in cell growth, signal transduction, and apoptosis regulation . The aim of this study is to: Correlate serum level of growth differentiation factor 15(GDF- 15) with disease activity and severity parameters in rheumatoid arthritis patient. This study will include thirty rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients fulfilling the American College of Rheumatology/European League Against stiffness (ACR/EULAR) criteria to the analysis from claiming RA recruited from Rheumatology, restoration physical and drug outpatient facility What's more inpatient division about Benha school doctor's facilities. Also, twenty solid persons sex Also agdistis matched of the patients were selected in this study as An control bunch.
