| Abstract | The province of Qalyubia extends between°30 06´20ً, °30 36´26ً N, and longitud°31 03´00ً, °31 35´20ً E. It is bordered to the north by the Dakahlia and Gharbia governorates, to the south by the governorates of Cairo and Giza, Sharqia from the east and west by Menoufia governorate. The study aims at: 1) Application of spatial analysis on the road network in Qalioubia Governorate. 2) Classification of roads in the current network. 3) The establishment of a geographical database for the road network in the province of Qalioubia, which inform decision makers in the development of future plans for development in the study area. 4) Produce a map of the road network in Qalioubia governorate, to assess the current status of the network, and what are the main proposals for its future development. |

| Abstract | تَمْتَدُّ مُحَافَظَةُ الْقَلْيُوبِيَّةَ فَلَكّيا مَا بَيْنَ دائرتي عرض 20 ″ 6 ′ 30°، 26 ″ 36 ′ 30 ° شَمَالاً، وَخَطَّى طَوْلُ 0 ″ 3 ′ 31°، 20 ″ 35 ′ 31 ° شَرْقاً، وَيَحُدَّهَا شَمَالاً محافظتا الدَّقَهْلِيَّةَ وَالْغُرَبِيَّةَ، وَجَنُوباً محافظتا الْقَاهِرَةُ وَالْجِيزَةُ، وَشَرْقاً مُحَافِظَةً الشَّرْقِيَّةَ، وَغَرْباً مُحَافِظَةً الْمَنُوفِيَّةَ. تهدف الدراسة إلى:- 1) تطْبِيق التَّحْلِيلَاتِ الْمَكانِيَّةِ عُلِيَ شبكةُ الطُّرُقِ بِمُحَافَظَةِ الْقَلْيُوبِيَّةِ. 2) تَصْنِيف الطُّرُقِ الْمَوْجُودَةِ بِالشّبكةِ الْحَالِيَّةِ. 3) انشاء قَاعِدَةُ بَيَانَاتٍ جُغْرَافِيَّةٍ لِشبكةِ الطُّرُقِ فِي مُحَافَظَةِ الْقَلْيُوبِيَّةِ تُفِيدُ صَانِعِيُّ الْقرَارِ فِي وَضْعِ الْخُطَطِ الْمُسْتَقْبِلِيَّةِ لِلتَّنْمِيَةِ فِي مِنْطَقَةِ الدَّرَّاسَةِ. 4) انتاج خَرِيطَة لِشبكةِ الطُّرُقِ بِمُحَافَظَةِ الْقَلْيُوبِيَّةِ، لِتَقْيِيمِ الْوَضْعِ الرَّاهِنِ لِلشّبكةِ، وماهي أَهُمْ الْمُقْتَرِحَاتُ لِتُطَوِّرُهَا مُسْتَقْبَلِيَّا. 5) انتاج خَرِيطَة إِدَارِيَّةٍ لِمُحَافَظَةِ الْقَلْيُوبِيَّةِ بِشَكْلِ صَحِيحٍ، نَظَرَا لِوُجُودِ الْعَدِيدِ مِنَ الْخَرَائِطِ الْمُتَدَاوَلَةِ غيرِ الصَحِيحَةٌ فِي الْجِهَاتِ الرَّسْمِيَّةَ بِالْمُحَافَظَةِ. 6) رُصِدَ الْمُشْكِلَاتُ الَّتِي تُعَانِيَ مِنهَا شبكة الطُّرُقِ فِي مِنْطَقَةِ الدَّرَّاسَةِ، وَتَقْديم الْحُلُولِ الْمُقْتَرِحَةِ لِمُوَاجَهَةٍ هَذِهِ الْمُشْكِلَاتِ. 7) انتاج خَرَائِط مُقْتَرِحَةٍ لتطويرشبكة الطُّرُقَ الْحَالِيَّةَ. 8) تَحْلِيل الْقَيِّمَةِ الْاِقْتِصَادِيَّةِ لِشبكةِ الطُّرُقِ فِي مُحَافَظَةِ الْقَلْيُوبِيَّةِ. |
