Abstract:

The Effect of T-Bow Training on Physical Abilities and Performance of Balance Beam Routine** **Research Objective:** The research aims to study the impact of using the T-Bow tool on improving physical abilities such as flexibility, balance, agility, and strength, as well as enhancing the performance level of the balance beam routine among students of the Faculty of Physical Education. **Research Hypotheses:** - There is a statistically significant improvement in the physical abilities of the experimental group after using the T-Bow tool. - There is a statistically significant improvement in the performance level of the balance beam routine after using the tool. **Research Methodology:** The experimental method was used with a single-group design involving pre- and post-tests. A sample of 15 female students from the Faculty of Physical Education at Benha University was selected. **Tools Used:** - The T-Bow tool, made of plastic or fiber, to enhance balance. - A medical scale, a stadiometer for height measurement, and a stopwatch. - Physical tests to measure flexibility, agility, coordination, and balance. - Skill performance evaluation on the balance beam using a set of specified skills. **Results and Recommendations:** The results showed a significant improvement in physical abilities and skill performance on the balance beam after using the T-Bow tool. Based on these findings, it is recommended to include T-Bow training in gymnastics training programs to enhance physical abilities and motor performance on the balance beam apparatus.
