Clonidine an a2 adrenoceptor agonist was introduced into clinical practice as a nassal decongestant drops accompanying hypotension to the use of nasal drops deviated its use to be antihypertensive medication more than 25 years ago . apart from its use as an antihypertensive drug clonidine has been used for amany conditions ranging from avriety of psychic disorders,opioid withdrawal symptoms tobacco psychic graving to the anagement of children with delayed growth |
