And it has become necessary for the referees to be a high degree of accuracy and skill in the application of the law and provisions, as the referee has a great responsibility, so such sports need a high degree of selection and access to a large degree of accuracy in the selection of referees, and thus volleyball is one of Those sports that require precise specifications in choosing their referees, whether from a psychological or a mental aspect.
Research objective
This research aims to design a measure of the psychological skills of volleyball referees by:
1. Knowledge of the distinctive psychological skills of volleyball referees.
