Research Summary: Reaching the highest level of performance in volleyball is through developing and developing various physical components, technical skills, and plans aspects in a way that increases their ability to achieve the best performance in the previous variables and how to benefit from them in matches. The level of performance in volleyball sport has reached the developed countries such as Italy, the Netherlands, Brazil, the United States of America, Japan, Korea, and Cuba in recent years to a distinguished stage in all previous respects as a result of benefiting from the results of studies and scientific research and the development of devices and auxiliary tools and the use of methods Scientific in training and functional strength training is one of the newly used methods in the field of muscle strength as the functional strength training is one of the newly used forms of training in the sports field and it is an integrated and multi-level movements (front _ transverse _ side) and a combination of strength and balance exercises performed in One timing includes acceleration, stabilization, and deceleration, with the aim of improving kinetic ability, central strength (meaning the backbone and the middle of the body) and neuromuscular competence, and therefore training programs must contain these exercises Research objective: The research aims to try to identify the effectiveness of job training on: 1. Some physical and skill variables under consideration for a volleyball budding. Recommendations: 1. Application of the proposed program using functional strength training and division of job training with the same intensity, iterations and intermittent rest that were used in the proposed program. 2. The use of functional strength exercises in a way that simulates the dynamic and time path of skill. 3. Job strength training must be developed when designing training programs, as it is not a substitute and does not substitute for traditional training, but is an important and complementary part of it for the success of the training process and obtaining the best possible results. 4. The use of job training in volleyball players' training as a method of physical volleyball preparation.
