Research Summary:
Volleyball is a sports activity that is characterized by the diversity of its skills as well as the degree of difficulty of performing these skills. The nature of performance in volleyball in general and its defensive and offensive duties are a mixture of different degrees of intensity, where the player can switch from defensive duties to offensive duties and from offensive duties to Defensive duties are non-stop, which requires the player to perform with different intensity according to the different playing positions, the speed of the ball and the type of skill he performs. Depending on the severity of the performance, the need for energy varies between air and anaerobic energy.
Research objective: -
The effect of the training program on the direction of the anaerobic threshold as an indicator to improve muscle capacity and some physiological abilities of rapid overwhelming and firing walls for volleyball players. This is achieved through:
1- Upgrading the muscle level of volleyball players, the research sample.
2- Raising the level of some physiological variables for the research sample players.
3- Upgrading the skills of crushing hitting and blocking walls.
Recommendations:
Based on the results reached, the researcher recommends the following:
1- The use of the tests applied in this research as a basis for evaluating the physical characteristics, skill performances, and physiological variables of volleyball players.
2- Use of (inhalation vital capacity, compulsive vital capacity, compulsive vital capacity in 1s, maximum value of exhalation, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and resting heart rate) as an indicator to determine the effectiveness of the training load and the level of player performance.
3- The importance of periodic and sequential evaluation of players through physical, skill and physiological tests to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed training program.
