Abstract:

The harmonic capabilities are among the most important components of fitness for volleyball players, especially for beginners, and the degree of their importance lies in the fact that through it the individual athlete can accomplish the skills of movement kinetic in a correct manner that saves both time and effort, but there are many questions that arise about harmonic capabilities, which are How to develop them for small ages, and also, does it positively affect the development of other elements of fitness, and that there are programs to train most of the fitness elements such as speed, strength, flexibility, agility and others, and on the other hand, the training of the young person leads to many technical skills with Training various means to improve the level of interoperability capabilities. This mutual relationship can be described as the compatibility capabilities as a condition and as a result of developing technical skills simultaneously Research objective: The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed training program on the level of some physical, harmonic and skilled abilities for young volleyball players through: 1- Learn the effect of the training program on developing some physical capabilities of volleyball youth. 1. . Knowing the effect of the training program on developing some harmonic capabilities of the young volleyball. 2. Knowing the effect of the training program on developing some basic skills of volleyball youth. Recommendations: 1. Attention to all that is new and can be useful in developing basic skills (scrolling from the top - scrolling from the bottom - sending) because it is the backbone of volleyball. 2. Training in harmonic capabilities should be characterized by the following (changing implementation conditions - diversifying alerts and signals - performing movements quickly and accurately - changing and diversifying the way the movement is implemented). 3. The need to use harmonic capabilities training in the introductory and main part of the training unit. 4. Use the proposed training program to develop the physical, harmonic and skilled abilities of young volleyball players. 5. The need to start developing harmonic capabilities at an early age in the player's life.
