Abstract:

The study aims to reveal the effect of the war in Kuwait on the Egyptian's child affiliation (male- female) in village and in town, the study was prepared from 20/2 to 10/3  1991 during the war. It contains (603) male & female children from (11-14) years in the first and the second grades of the second circle of basic education. The study introduced an affiliation scale consisting of 15 situations. The children are given 10 minutes to draw any subject they think of. The results reveal that there are no statistical differences between males and females in affiliation during the war, and that there are differences for the sake of the village children, with no effect to the interaction of the child's gender x the environment on the affiliation level among the four study groups.
