Abstract:

ABSTRACT Fifty children with recurrent abdominal pain syndrome (RAP) were investigated both endoscopically and serologically for evidence of existing infection especially due to Helicobacter pylori. Equal number of healthy control children were studied only serologically. Anti Helicobacter pylori IgG was positive in 42% of children with RAP and in 28% of healthy control group.
