Abstract:

Parvovirus B19 (PVB19) (genus, Erythrovirus) is incimiated in chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) .Aim. determine the possible role of B19 in CFS . Method Igm ,IgG and DNAof B19 virus was investigated. Results . no specific anti B19 Igm was detected.B 19 DNA was found in 4 of 50 cases and in 3 of 45 control. Conclusion. The present study confirmed that parvovirus B19 infection bears no apparent relationship to CFS.Parvovirus B19 (PVB19) (genus, Erythrovirus) is incimiated in chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) .Aim. determine the possible role of B19 in CFS .
