ABSTRACT
The present study aimed at submitting a remedial program based on mentalization for reducing some symptoms of borderline personality disorder among a sample of university students. The study tools (borderline personality disorder scale and the remedial program) were developed and administered. The present study sample consisted of seven female students with borderline personality disorder, enrolled at the second university grade (general), Faculty of Education, Benha University. The following statistical techniques were used in the present study: Wilcoxon test and SPSS software. The study findings were as follows:
1) There were statistically significant differences in the ranks means of the pre-application and those of the post-application of borderline personality disorder scale, in favour of the post-application.
2) There were no statistically significant differences in the ranks means of the post-application and those of the follow-up measurement application (after a month and half) of borderline personality disorder scale.
