Abstract:

This study aimed to identify the level of the components of each of the organizational climate, and the structural characteristics of the organization of extension, and regulatory processes studied from the perspective of supervisors Alir_ak_iin, determine the differences between the levels of responses supervisors Alir_ak_iin agricultural subjects for each component of the environment organization internal studied, identify the level of productivity of supervisors Alir_ak_iin Alzerain respondents, to identify differences between the productivity of supervisors Alir_ak_iin agricultural respondents in all provinces studied, to determine the relationship between the level of productivity of supervisors Alir_ak_iin agricultural subjects as the dependent variable and all the components of the environment organization internal independent variables, determine the severity of the relationship Aliguetranip and the percentage contribution of each of the independent variables related to the moral dependent variable in the interpretation of contrast kidney to him. The study was conducted in four provinces are: Eastern Qaliubiya, Lower Egypt, Minya and Sohag in Upper Egypt to choose the systematic random sample of agents and sectors indicative of super vison of extension farm size was 170 subjects of the study, distributed by 31.5% on each of the selected provinces. Data was collected through personal interview of the respondents using the paper questionnaire had been prepared and tested, during the first three months of 1999 during the weekly meeting of the respondents. It has been used in the analysis of data from this study statistically chi square test, and the coefficient of T2 Chieroa value addition to the tabular presentation of repetitive and percentages. The most important results of the study summarized as follows: 1 - that the organization of extension this from the perspective of supervisors agricultural characterized by the relatively low degree of availability of components of the organizational climate, especially with regard to each of the leadership style is recommended for performance, innovation and human relations, and communications systems and participate in the organization, and the pattern of flexibility and adaptability, and performance evaluation, and opportunities for growth and renewal. 2 - The current organization of extension from the viewpoint of agricultural supervisors have a medium degree of each material and fundamental aspects of the regulatory climate, and working relationships among its members. 3 - The organization of extension of the current point of view characterized by the presence of supervisors of agricultural integration between organizational units, as the conflict between these units is. 4 - The organization of the structural characteristics of the current extension from the viewpoint of agricultural supervisors are characterized by a relatively high degree of centralization and official, and the degree of innovative medium. 5 - The organization of this extension and agricultural point of view of supervisors in which there is an effective system for planning extension work, while fulfilling the moderately clear policy of incentives and promotion. 6 - that the responses of the subjects related to environment and internal organization vary among themselves vary both in terms of real effective regulatory climate which prevails within the organization or in terms of the structural characteristics and structural organization of extension and regulatory processes that occur inside the organization. 7 - slightly more than three-quarters of the respondents were supervisors productivity is low or medium 8 - There is a correlation on the level of 0.01 yen, the level of productivity of supervisors and between each of the components of the environment organization Interior the following: leadership style is recommended for performance, innovation and human relations, and the pattern of communication and participation, performance appraisal, labor relations, and, and official, and planning. 9 - that the independent variables related to the level of productivity of supervisors after descending order according to the value factor Chieroa (the value of T2) were as follows: the pattern of communication and participation, leadership style is recommended for performance, innovation and human relations, labor relations, planning, formal performance evaluation, a together explain about 23.8% of the total variance in the level of productivity of supervisors.
