Study aimed at identifying the degree of the training requirement cognitive development of agricultural extension workers concerning certain activities of the extension work, and to identify the degree of the direction of agricultural extension workers about some activities of extension work, and determine the relationship between the degree of the training requirement of knowledge of the agricultural extension workers on some of the activities of extension work and some personal variables and social and communication, and determine the relationship between the degree of the direction of agricultural extension workers about some of the activities of extension work and some personal variables and social and communication, and determine the percentage of independent variables related to the relational moral in the interpretation of the whole variance of the degree of the training requirement of knowledge of the agricultural extension workers on some of the activities of the extension work, and also determine the percentage contribution of the independent variables related to the relational moral variation in the interpretation of the kidneys to the point where the direction of agricultural extension workers about some of the activities of the extension work.

It was also found that the degree of the direction of agricultural extension workers about some of the activities of the extension work was of a positive correlation and significant at 0.01 level in all of: the degree of social motives, and the degree of motivation organizational, and the degree of the values of honesty, and the percentage contribution of these variables, three in the interpretation of the overall contrast to the direction of the subjects were significant at 0.01 level and the percentage of contribution combined together in a predictive capacity for change is 26.5% of which 16% is attributable to the degree of organizational motives, 7.1% due to the extent that the values of honesty, 3.4% due to the degree of social motives
