Abstract:

background: we aim in our systematic review metanalysis to summaries and evaluate the efficacy of intra-uterine infusion of PRP methods : our systematic review and metaanalysis was carried out according to PRISMA for radomised study result: we included seven studies in our analysis the results were significant and favor PRP group regarding clinical biochemical pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness conclusion: PRP has the ability to improve clinical and biochemical pregnancy rate result: we included seven studies in our analysis the results were significant and favor PRP group regarding clinical biochemical pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness conclusion: PRP has the ability to improve clinical and biochemical pregnancy rate
