صورة الجسم وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات والاكتئاب

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي طبيعة العلاقة بين صورة الجسم، وتقدير الذات، والاكتئاب، لدي عينة من طلاب الجامعة (ذكورا وإناثا), وكذلك التعرف علي الفروق بين الجنسين في صورة الجسم وتقدير الذات والاكتئاب. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 287 ) طالبا وطالبة، بالفرقة الثالثة والرابعة (تعليم عام وأساسي ) بكلية التربية ببنها. ومتوسط أعمار عينة الذكور والإناث (19.58) بانحراف معياري قدره (0.79)، وتم تطبيق قياس صورة الجسم وقياس تقدير الذات ومقياس الاكتئاب، وقد أوضحت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين صورة الجسم وتقدير الذات، وعن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين صورة الجسم والاكتئاب. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين الجنسين في مستوي صورة الجسم، ووجود فروق بين الجنسين في مستوي تقدير الذات لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق بين الجنسين في مستوي الاكتئاب لصالح الإناث.

Abstract :
The present study aimed at examining the nature of The relationships among body image, self-esteem and depression to a sample of university students (males and females) and also amied at investigating the differences between the two sexes on body image, self- esteem and depression. The sample of study consists of students of the third and fourth years of faculty of education. body image test, self- esteem test and depression test are applied on the sample. the results indicated that there is positive correlation relationship between body image and self-esteem and there is a negative correlation relationship between body image and depression. the results also showed that there are no differences between the two sexes on body image level and there are also differences between the two sexes concerned with the level of self-esteem to the females. and there are also differences between the two sexes concerned with the level of depression to the females.
