Abstract: |
Deals with the implementation of diode-clamped-three level inverter controlling an induction motor. Two alternatives are applied to control the inverter (i) using a precise digital/analog PWM switching circuit, and (ii) using a feedback controlled digital microcontroller switching circuit. The implemented system includes, in addition, an analog simulator to check the validity of switching signals produced. The paper gives a complete description of the system and some results of testing it. |
