This study documented the first report of multiple facial tumors in male turkey poults (imported breeds T9 & B6) domestically raised in Egypt. The pathological condition was detected in 6 turkey farms, the morbidity ranged from 3 - 8% while the mortality rate was zero. Grossly, 1 to 4 papilliform round to oval tumors were located in the head region of each bird. No signs of any abnormal growth were seen in the head of female turkey poults. Histopathologically, the tumors were diagnosed as atypical papilloma and intracutaneous keratinizing epithelioma. Papilloma was characterized by hyperkeratosis and acanthosis with focal down growth of the epidermis in the form of rete pegs. Moreover, acanthotic masses and nodules in the dermis, which consider unusual lesions for papilloma, were also detected. Intracutaneous keratinizing epithelioma were detected as multiple cystic tumors confined to the dermis, lined by stratified epithelium and filled with keratin.
