3- From 16.04.1988 To 01.10.1991: Resident in Internal Medicine Department at Benha University Hospitals in its different allied units (Cardiology Unit, Hepatology & Gastroenterology Unit, Nephrology Unit and Endocrinology Unit according to the rota )
4- From 02.10.1991 to 23.11.1992: Assistant Lecturer in Histology Department, Benha Faculty of Medicine.
5- From 24.11.1992 to 24.01.1998: Specialist in Internal Medicine and team leader in Bisha Medical Polyclinic, Bisha, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
