Abstract:

The study aims to identify the impact of weight reduction on some aspects of attention (a-focus-distribution) to the players and used boxing researcher The curriculum descriptive study was conducted on a sample of (21) boxer from the first-class boxers and enrolled with the Egyptian Boxing has been divided into three groups and the mass group and include light weights (10) players and a medium weights include (8), a heavy weights include (3). The results showed that reducing the weight leads to a reduction in the level of concentration and distribution of cursory attention to the whole sample and a set of weights Light and lead to a decline in the level of attention to the appearance of the distribution of a medium weights and does not affect the level of attention manifestations (Unit - focus-distribution) with a heavy weights, the higher the percentage of reduction of the weight of 5% of body weight increased influence manifestations attention (Unit-focus-distribution).
