Abstract:

This paper main theme is reflected in 4 main points; 1- Care development and rehabilitation in Egyptian society from 1952 till 1994. 2- Phenomena estimation locally and internationally. 3- Voluntary work barriers in local associations. 4- The study deployed the Analysis method which was implemented on 2 local associations in Cairo city. The specimen was on 50 blind aging from 20 to 55 years at informal organizations, and also included 55 mental retardation specimen aging 6 years to 14 years at informal organization in Cairo. The research used the multivariate analysis method, direct interviews and organization case reporting of the deployed specimen.
