EFFECT OF SOME WEED CONTROL TREATMENTS ON WASHIN6TQN NAVEL ORANGE TREES 2. TREE FRUITING AND FRUIT QUALITY BY Helail , B.M. and Atawia , A.A.R. Dept. of Hort., Fac. of Agric. Moshtohor , Zagazig Univ., Egypt. ABSTRACT In two-year, trial, - six weed_ control treatments were applied to "Washington" navel orange orchard as follows : (a) without, cultivation control) (b) clean cultivation (c) Glyphosate, (d) Atrazine3 (e) Krovar3II and (f) clean cultivation + Atrazine, Generally, all herbicides treatments (particularly, Glyphosate) improved tree- fruiting and did not adversely affect fruit quality .
