Abstract:

The present study aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a training program based on some self-management skills on reducing self- Burnout , and enhancing Vocational compatibility of a sample of learning disability female teachers. To achieve this aim, a sample of 16 learning disability female teachers in Medina. They were divided into two groups; an experimental and a control, of 8 members each who responded to the vocational compatibility scale and the self- Burnout scale. The suggested program was administered on the experimental group. The two scales were also administered after the experiment. Mann-Whitney- U Test was used to uncover the significance of the differences between the scores of the two groups. Results showed that there are statistically significant mean differences between the two groups in the self- Burnout scale favoring those of the control group. . There are also statistically significant mean differences between the two groups in the vocational compatibility scale favoring those of the experimental group
