A model is developed for solving equations of an incompressible turbulent boundary layer in a turbine blade cascade. Weakly separated zones in the flow are taken into account by a parameterization adapted to the velocity profile and by an additional equation of interaction. Further, an integral method based on the kinetic energy equation is developed and applied to separated zones in the boundary layer. Finally, the use of an inverse method for the optimal control of the turbulent boundary layer is considered.
