Abstract:

ﺘﻬﺩﻑ ﺍﻟﺭﺴﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺜﺭ ﺘﻨﻅﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻜﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﻔﺫ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺒﻌﺽ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺯﻟﻴﺔ. ﻭﻴﻘﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ )ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ (ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻌﺘﻤﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﺴﺎﺱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺌﻡ ﺒﺎﻟﻌﻤل ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺏ ﺸﺨﺹ ﻭﺍﺤﺩ ﻭﻫﻭ ﺭﺒﺔ ﺍﻷﺴﺭﺓ ﻤﺘﻤﺜﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ )ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ (ﻭﺘﺘﻤﺜل ﻤﺘﻐﻴﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻴﻠﻲ : - ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻐﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘل :ﻫﻭ ﻁﺭﻴﻘﺔ ﺘﺭﺘﻴﺏ ﻭﺘﻨﻅﻴﻡ ﻤﺴﻁﺤﺎﺕ ﻭﻤﺭﺍﻜﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﺩﺍﺨل ﺍﻟﻤﻁﺒﺦ ١ – ﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺌﻁﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻭﺍﺯﻴﻴﻥ – ﻤﺘﺨﺫﺓ ﻋﺩﺓ ﺃﺸﻜﺎل ﻟﻠﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﻭﻫﻲ )ﺍﻟﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﺒﺩﻭﻥ ﺘﺭﺘﻴﺏ .( ﺍﻟﺸﻜل ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ– "U" ﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﺸﻜل ﺤﺭﻑ – "L"ﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﺸﻜل ﺤﺭﻑ - ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻐﻴﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺒﻌﺔ :ﻭﻫﻲ ﺘﺘﻤﺜل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﻔﺫ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺒﻌﺽ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎل ٢ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺯﻟﻴﺔ ﺩﺍﺨل ﺍﻟﻤﻁﺒﺦ ﻭﻴﺘﻤﺜل ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﻓﻲ ﻗﻴﺎﻡ )ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ (ﺒﺈﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺜﻼﺙ ﻭﺠﺒﺎﺕ ﻋﺸﺎﺀ (ﺜﻼﺙ ﻤﺭﺍﺕ – ﻏﺫﺍﺀ – ﻏﺫﺍﺌﻴﺔ ﻴﻭﻤﻴﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﻤﻘﺎﺩﻴﺭ، ﻭﺃﺼﻨﺎﻑ ﺜﺎﺒﺘﺔ ﻭﻫﻲ )ﻓﻁﻭﺭ ﻤﺘﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻜل ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ، ﻭﺘﺴﺠﻴل ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﻔﺫ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺒﻭﻟﺭ ﻟﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﻔﺫ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺇﺩﺨﺎل ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻬﺎﺯ Polar ﻜﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﻜﺴﺠﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻬﻠﻜﺔ ﻗﺒل – ﺘﺎﺭﻴﺦ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻼﺩ – ﺍﻟﻭﺯﻥ – ﻭﺘﻤﺜﻠﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻜل )ﺍﻟﻁﻭل ﺃﻗﺼﻰ ﻤﻌﺩل ﻟﻀﺭﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺏ ﻗﺒل ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ(، ﺒﺎﻹﻀﺎﻓﺔ ﻻﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺒﺎﻗﻲ ﺃﺩﻭﺍﺕ –ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﻜﺎﻤﻴﺭﺍ ﻓﻭﺘﻭﻏﺭﺍﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺼﻭﻴﺭ ﺠﻭﺍﻨﺏ – ( ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻥ )ﻤﻴﺯﺍﻥ ﻟﻭﺯﻥ ﺭﺒﺔ ﺍﻷﺴﺭﺓ )ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﺍﺴﺘﻤﺎﺭﺓ – ﻜﺎﻤﻴﺭﺍ ﻓﻴﺩﻴﻭ ﻟﺘﺼﻭﻴﺭ ﻁﺭﻴﻘﺔ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﻭﺘﺤﺭﻜﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ –ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ ﻤﻼﺤﻅﺔ.(
