The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of e-Learning Level ( fully e- learning, blended e- learning, supportive e- learning) in Teaching Courses with Blackboard Learning Management System on students cognitive achievement and learning efficiency, The study sample consists of one hundred ninety five students aged between 21-23 years old from fifth level enrolled in the, faculty of education king Khalid university 2012-2013 in the first term, the study sample are divided into three groups (62 students was learnt by fully e- learning, 66 students was learnt by blended e- learning and 67 students was learnt by supportive e- learning) Findings indicated that there are statistical significant differences between means of instructional technology students degrees of cognitive achievement and learning efficiency in three groups relevant to e-learning level) fully e- learning, blended e- learning, supportive e- learning) in favor to supportive e- learning.
