This study attempts to identify the characteristics of the academic advisor and the relationship between characteristics of the academic advisor and the achievement motive as perceived by in a Sample of University.
The sample of the study consisted of (126) mal and female, two scales for characteristics academic advisor. And achievement motive.
The results of the study turned out to be:
The participants of the study, male and female have identical viewpoints concerning the organization of the academic advisors characteristics.
There is significant relationship between characteristics academic advisor and achievement motive events among college students.
There are differences with statistical reference between students at the level of achievement motive, on scale for characteristics academic advisor that is in favour achievement motive high level.
There are differences with statistical reference between the male such as academic level and different degrees.
There are differences with statistical reference between the female such as academic level and different degrees.
