I am primarily interested in utilizing palynology and palynofacies in understanding the accumulation, distribution, and diagenesis of sedimentary organic matter in time and space, and how they can be employed to characterize hydrocarbon systems, interpret paleoenvironment and paleoclimate, delineate biostratigraphic events, and solve geologically related problems.
