Abstract:

The purpose of the recent study was to provide an efficient program for anger control and reducing anger anxiety. The program includes three main variables: anger, anxiety, behavioral and cognitive strategies. The study conducted on a sample of (20) adolescents divided into two groups, the experimental one (10) individuals and the control one of (10) participants whom reside in the university campus. Trait anger scale, trait anxiety scale of Spielpergr and anger reasons setting were applied. Results showed significant sex differences among students on trait anger scale proved that males expressed and showed high levels of anger whereas females were less. Females were more anxious than males. Significant differences were found pre-posttest of the experimental group on anger and anxiety scale showed obvious reduction. But no similar results post and follow up test in variables were shown.
