In 2014: Benha University gets the 5th Place in Webometrics Global Ranking

Benha University is one of the most important scientific and research institutions that managed to occupy and go at firm steps. It occupies advanced positions between the Egyptian universities due to the effort of its wise leadership under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President; Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail Khalil, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development; Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches who followed the policy of decentralization in work and proactive in solving problems. The 1st Scientific Forum on Suez Canal Zone organized by the University under the auspices of Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab, the Prime Minister; Prof. Dr. El Sayed Abdel Khalek, the Minister of Higher Education is the last achievements of the University through 2014.
