As part of "New Beginning Initiative for Human Development": Benha University Organizes a Veterinary Convoy in Qarnafil Village

Benha University continued to organize various Convoys in the villages of the governorate as part of Mr. President's initiative for human development, "New Beginning Initiative for Human Development."
This was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. El-Sayed Foda, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, with coordination and organization by Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, supervised by Prof. Amani Abbas and Prof. Ashraf Awad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, in collaboration with Prof. Lamia Ateya, Director of the Veterinary Medicine Directorate in Kalyobiya, organized a veterinary Convoy in Qarnafil Village, Kalyobiya.
The Convoy included participation from veterinarians at the educational veterinary hospital of the faculty, along with several faculty members and their assistants from the departments of "Surgery, Anesthesia, and Radiology - Animal Medicine - Obstetrics, Reproduction, and Artificial Insemination - Poultry and Rabbit Diseases."
The Convoy provided free medical examinations and treatments for 44 cases of cattle and buffalo, 16 cases of sheep and goats, 9 cases of working animals, 5 surgical cases, 50 ultrasound cases, and 2,270 cases of poultry.
