Necessary Procedures to secure Means of E-mails Exchange

A recommendation has been sent by the Ministry of Higher Education to the academic and administrative bodies to take necessary procedures for securing the means of e-mails exchange. It also warned the exchange of secret or private e-mails as well as the phone calls especially the international calls.
