Eng. Mohamed Abdel Zaher, the Governor of Qalyoubia; Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University; and Prof. Dr. Mohamed El Shafey, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine have opened the New Reception Building of the University Hospital to meet the basic needs of accident and emergency patients by a total cost of about one and half million pounds in addition to donations valued by 3 hundred thousand pounds.
