Prof.Dr Khalid Abd El Ghaffar , minister of High Education has issued a decree to appoint Reffat Nan Dawood as the Assistant Secretary for Administrative Affairs at Benha University for a year . On the other hand, Dr Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President assured that Benha university seeks to complete the academic and administrative structure at the University and its faculties
