Minister of Higher Education and Qalyubia's Governor inaugurate Stadiums and club of Faculty Members Project

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Qalyoubia Governor have inaugurated project of developing Stadiums and club of Faculty Members, in presence of Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Sobhy Hassanin, Vice President of the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation, Dr. Gamal Soussa, the general supervisor on Community Service and Environment Affairs and Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students 'Affairs.
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar praised the achievement that made in the stadiums and clubs of Faculty members staff which located on an area of 16,500 square meters and their cost up to 19 million pound. In his word, he thanked leaderships of Benha University for their great role and efforts to develop sports sector at Benha University. For his part, El Qalyoubia Governor thanked Benha University for inviting him to attend inaugurating that giant project which reflexes the comprehensive renaissance that Egypt witnesses in the field of higher education.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy welcomed the guests, pointing out that the development process at Benha University comes from the state's tendency to build human and also as a part of the University interest of sport, talented and champions. During the event, the minister participated in the sports activities such as billiards, table tennis and a football match with a group of faculty members and students. At the end of event, Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy handed over a set of shields to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Governor of Qalyubia and Dr. Gamal El-Saeed, the former president of Benha University.
