Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice dean of the educational and students affairs holds a meeting with the faculties' and the university activities' officials so as to keep an eye on the students registration of the activities.
This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general coordinator of the university's students activities, prof.Dr. Shady EL-Mashad, the IT advisor of the University and Mr. Ibrahim Abdel Allah, the head of youth administration in Benha University.
