El Gizawy: Benha University establishes Technological University in Obour City on an Area of 10 Acres

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President has announced that Benha University board has approved to establish Technological University in Obour City on an Area of 10 Acres.
He also confirmed that Benha University is going to establish its Technological University to implement the vision of Ministry of Higher Education according to decisions of President Abdel Fattah Sisi, President of the Republic, to advance and develop scientific education. El Gizawy also added that the Technological University aims to achieve the availability of education for all societal groups, qualify young people for labor market and prepare them at the highest level to compete in the local and international market. The University president added that the new Technological University will include two Faculties. The First Faculty is the Industrial Technology Faculty which includes the following department; Chemical Industry Technology Program, Furniture Technology program, Fashion Technology Program Digital Media Technology Program, Digital Manufacturing Technology Program, Food Processing Technology Program, Industrial Control Systems, Artificial Intelligence Technology Program, and Metal Foundry Technology Program .The Second Faculty is Health Sciences Technology which includes the following programs; Medical Informatics Technology Program , the Medical Laboratory Technology program ,the Medical Device Technology Program and Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology program.
