TOT is Important Training program at Benha University

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy has launched a new course of Training of Trainers program (TOT) which organized by Faculty and Leadership Development Project (FLDP).
The training program aims to prepare a cadre of trainers who are able to complete the process of developing the skills for faculty members and staff. For his part. El Gizawy delivered a lecture and stressed on qualifying participants in order to provide distinguished training programs that keep pace with the highest levels of professionalism in the field of training, and to contribute effectively to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, experience, and skills among all University employees, thus advancing the human resources development system.El Gizawy also added that the center seeks for continuous development and training to develop the academic and administrative skills of faculty members, their assistants, and leaders at Benha University, which achieves strategic goals for development at the University.
