Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President opens a Symposium at Benha University that entitled “Sustainable Development and Egypt's Vision 2030”.
The symposium was organized by Gifted and Creative Care Center and by cooperation with “Engineers for Sustainable Egypt” initiative. The symposium was held in presence of Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Eng.Mohamed Kamel, the head of Engineers for Sustainable Egypt initiative and Dr. Mona Nasr , the manager of Gifted and Creative Care Center. For his part, El Gizawy mentioned that the symposium comes in line with the vision of the Egyptian state to achieve the 2030 sustainable development goals through academic programs that provide opportunities for its students to innovate and encourage them to take responsibility to build their future in a better way based on sustainable development standards and goals. El-Gizawy also stressed the role of universities as the great beacon for serving communities and developing the environment by fulfilling society's needs and requirements economically, environmentally, socially and culturally.
