Benha University continues its global progress in the Spanish Webometrics Ranking, July 2024

Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced that Benha University has ranked 1171 in the world according to the Spanish Webometrics ranking, July 2024, among more than 31,000 universities around the world that participated in the ranking as following; In the Arab world, the University ranked 27th out of 1,366 Arab Universities, on the African level, the University ranked 21st out of 2,060 African Universities, Locally, the University ranked 8th among 81 Egyptian governmental and private universities that participated in the ranking.
El-Gizawy also added that this classification is based on three indicators to measure the performance of universities around the world that are as following; openness, research excellence, and impact. It's worth mentioning that Benha University has achieved progress at the index of research excellence where the University ranked 667th globally with an advance of 65 places over the previous year. It also ranked 1094th globally in the Openness Index and It ranked 4365th globally in the Impact Index.
