Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, President of Benha University, stressed the university's keenness to keep pace with the development of the higher education system to serve the labor market in accordance with Egypt's Vision 2030, by building national cadres, and supporting students' career paths to provide integrated services for students and graduates.
This came during a meeting in presence of Prof.Dr.EL-Sayed Fouda, the Vice President of Community Service and Environment Development Affairs , with members of the University Centers for Professional Development Project at the American University, headed by Mariam Al-Gabi, Director of the University Centers for Professional Development Project at the American University, to discuss organizing a roundtable with business owners, in the presence of Professor Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Sahar Abdel Rahman, Director of the Professional Development Center at the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, and members of the Professional Development Center at the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra.For his part, El-Gizawy added that the meeting discussed enhancing cooperation between academic and industrial institutions to create sustainable job opportunities for graduates, which contributes to raising the efficiency of graduates and meeting the needs of the changing labor market.
On the other hand, Dr. Sayed Fouda pointed out that supporting the career path of students and graduates comes through the University centers for professional development in light of cooperation protocol concluded with the United States Agency for International Development and the American University in Cairo.
