Approval of Several Academic Programs at Benha University

Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the approval of several academic programs at the university's Colleges by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
The university president emphasized the continued support from the university administration in providing all necessary resources for the accreditation of all academic programs at the Colleges by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, in order to enhance the institutional and academic reputation of the university and to make it a leading model among Egyptian universities in education, scientific research, and community life, while developing its programs to meet the labor market requirements.
El-Gizawy congratulated and thanked all members of the Colleges that had their programs accredited, as well as the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the University Role and efforts in this accreditation.
Dr. Mohamed Ghanem, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, stated that the programs accredited at the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra include: Communications and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications and Computer Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.
Ghanem added that the Colleges that received conditional accreditation are the Faculty of Applied Arts for the programs in Sculpture, Architectural Design, Restoration, and Metal Products and Jewelry; the Faculty of Education for the programs in Science and Education (Mathematics specialization) and Science and Education (Physics specialization); the Faculty of Agriculture for the programs in Agricultural Biotechnology, Plant Protection, and Food Science; and the Faculty of Science for the programs in Biotechnology, Geology, Computer Science, and Chemistry.
The Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center pointed out that the programs that received a grace period are those of the Faculty of Engineering in Benha, specifically Architecture Engineering and Construction Management.
