Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the allocation of 10 scholarships for students who have obtained a high school diploma from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) schools at the Faculty of Engineering in Shoubra.
El-Gizawy emphasized that the provision of these scholarships is part of Benha University'
s commitment to providing exceptional community service by supporting and motivating outstanding students, affirming their important and influential role in the development of the educational and research process and serving the community.
Dr. Gamal Abdel Aziz, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, stated that the continuation of the scholarship requires students to excel academically throughout their study years, with a minimum grade of "Excellent" or a GPA of at least 3.70 in each academic level.
Abdel Aziz added that the programs included in the scholarships are the Industrial Systems Engineering program, the Energy and Sustainable Energy Engineering program, the Electrical Engineering and Control program, the Communications and Computer Engineering program, and the Construction Engineering and Management program, with two scholarships allocated to each program.
