Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the cooperation protocol comes as part of the university 's commitment to providing the best scientific and practical experiences for students and graduates to prepare them for the labor market, especially final-year students and recent graduates looking to work in the banking sector. The protocol aims to train them to initiate successful and productive projects through joint training programs and workshops focused on entrepreneurship, in addition to participating in the university 's job fairs.
For his part, Prof. Abdel Aziz Nosair stated that the institute serves as the training sector of the Central Bank of Egypt and always seeks to support university youth through various initiatives, such as the training-for-employment program, which aims to bridge the gap between academic education and the requirements for entering the labor market through specialized training programs to develop the technical and personal skills of young people. This includes the institute 's activities in supporting entrepreneurs and financial literacy, as well as transferring practical experience from the banking sector to trainees through instructors with actual experience in the financial and banking sectors and other specialized fields to ensure maximizing the benefits from these programs.
