Benha University Organizes a Specialized Medical Convoy for Ophthalmology Eye Diseases in Al-Khusos

Benha University organized a specialized medical Convoy for Ophthalmology Eye Diseases at the Al-Azhar Institute in Al-Khusos, as part of the President's initiative for human development, "A New Beginning for the Human Development."
This event was held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. El Sayed Fouda, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The Convoy was coordinated and organized by Mrs. Rania Moataz, the Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The Convoy was supervised by Prof. Mohamed Al-Ashhab, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Benha University Hospitals, Prof. Nourin Adly, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Amr Al-Dakhakhni, Executive Director of Benha University Hospitals, in collaboration with Sheikh Said Khadr, Head of Al-Azhar Region in Kalyobiya.
The Convoy resulted in the examination of a total of 152 cases, the provision of 20 pairs of medical glasses, and the referral of several cases for treatment at the university hospital.
