President of Benha University Received Delegation from Wuhan University of Technology in China

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, received a delegation from the leadership of Wuhan University of Technology in China to discuss enhancing cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Fahmy Abdel-Halim, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Benha, Prof. Hazem Aliwa, Academic Director of Benha University's branch in El Obour City, and Prof. Abdel-Fattah Mngid, Executive Director of the International Relations Office.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the meeting aims to explore ways to strengthen cooperation between Benha University and Wuhan University of Technology in various fields, praising the distinguished relations between the two universities, which began eight years ago with the signing of agreements to establish four dual degree programs in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, International Trade, and Business Administration.
The President of Benha University pointed out that the upcoming phase requires supporting collaboration between the two universities to benefit Benha University's technological programs, especially in areas where the Chinese university excels, such as Energy Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
The Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research held a meeting with the Chinese delegation to discuss details of enhancing bilateral relations by highlighting faculty exchange programs between the two sides, as well as forming joint research teams to submit joint international projects to funding bodies in both Egypt and China.
At the end of the meeting, the Chinese delegation expressed their happiness with the visit and the warm reception, extending an invitation to the President of Benha University to visit Wuhan University of Technology in the near future.
