Faculty of Arts Organizes Seminar on

The Faculty of Arts at Benha University organized a seminar titled "Women's Work and her Family Obligations," under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Amgad Hegazy, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Mohamed Al-Aqbi, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity and Coordinator of University Units.
Prof. Sherine El-Shouri, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, stated that the seminar was coordinated with Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, in collaboration with Mrs. Omaima Rafaat, Director of the Social Solidarity Directorate in Kalyobiya, and Mrs. Sara Maher, Coordinator of the Social Solidarity Unit at the university.
Dr. Nevin Abd El-Sabour, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education at Benha University and Director of the Anti-Violence against Women Unit, presented at the seminar.
She addressed the impact of women's work on the family, the role of women in economic support for the family, the challenges of balancing work and family obligations, as well as the professional challenges faced by working women and how to deal with these challenges.
The seminar concluded with an explanation of the extent of institutional support for women through the establishment of local and international laws that protect their rights.
