Benha University Organized a Specialized Medical Convoy for Eye Diseases at Al-Azhar Institute in Benha

Benha University organized a specialized medical convoy for eye diseases at Al-Azhar Primary Institute No. 2 in Benha, as part of Mr. President's initiative for human development, "The New Beginning Initiative for Human Development."
This was under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. El-Sayed Foda, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and was coordinated and organized by Mrs. Rania Moataz, the Assistant University Secretary for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The convoy was supervised by Prof. Mohamed El-Ashehb, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Benha University Hospitals, Prof. Nermin Adly, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Amr El-Dakhakhni, Executive Director of Benha University Hospitals, in cooperation with Sheikh Saeed Khader, Head of the Al-Azhar Region in Qalyubia.
The convoy resulted in the examination of a total of 188 cases, the provision of 9 medical glasses, and the referral of several cases for treatment at the University Hospital.
