Benha University Organized Awareness Campaigns at Qalamma Institute for Girls in Qalyub

Benha University continued to organize various campaigns in the villages of the governorate as part of Mr. President' s initiative for human development, "A New Beginning Initiative for Human Development."

The awareness seminars focused on mental and physical health, discussing the components of mental health, which included building self-confidence, personal strength, and self-development. Additionally, the role of exercise in managing psychological stress to cope with life' s pressures was emphasized.
