Promotion of 885 Employees and Granting Incentive Allowance to 406 Others at Benha University

Mrs. Sherin Shawky, Secretary General of Benha University, confirmed that necessary procedures are underway to promote 885 employees from various sectors and departments of the university, in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by the Central Organization for Administrative Control.
The Secretary General indicated that an incentive allowance for the fiscal year 2023/2024 has been granted to approximately 406 employees working in various specialized categories, including library, technical, craft, and support services.
She added that the university administration is keen on developing the skills of the administrative staff and advancing administrative work across all levels by motivating employees, facilitating their tasks, and organizing various training courses aimed at improving performance within the university's departments and faculties.
